Respected Sir: I am residing in Nungambakkam (in choolaimedu). I used to travel by train. For the last 3 months, we have been in trouble because of a lady ticket counter staff. She uses bad words to the passengers. She is very rude and sometimes she never gives tickets. Always shouts at people and irritates us in the morning itself. Though there are four ticket counters (3 general + 1 season), only one general counter is opened always, which makes us to stand in long queue for hours.
