I have been a Telus cusotmer for the last 17 years. My account has always been paid by credit card, so we've never had any late fees. This summer my husband credit card was stolen and this was the card on file to pay Telus. We got a phone call asking for us to call them, so I did, I was going to give them my credit card number to use to pay our bill and to keep on file to use from now onwards.
