Hi all In a nutshell, I made an order through flora niche in August this year. For some reason HSBC would decline the transaction every time they would attempt to make payment, HSBC stated that their fraud prevention system automatically declined this. I have now learnt that Flora niche have distributed my personal credit card details to a 3rd party! Do they not realise how much fraud there is out there. HSBC have now cancelled all my cards and are issuing new cards. Very rude and threatening emails, they do NOT understand the concept of excellent customer service! BEWARE!!! read full review »
