just ordered a bunch of flowers online and the order was completed and confirmed, but twenty minute later we recieved a email stating they could not deliever and would refund the money minus a $7.00, i rang and asked why and the rude lady told be to go to hell and we would not get our money back, they confirmed the order and they cancelled it, i rang again and again was given abuse and hung up on. order number 3763659c read full review »
