I am completely dissapointed at Cell C's Customer Service Agents, the way they handle queries, Their Network related problems, etc. I have Two contracts with them and spend way over R1500-00 per month on cell fees. This may not seem much, but when I had a Vodacom contract and spent R100-00 with them, I had such a pleasure speaking to the agents at their call centres cause they treat you like a valued person/customer to their Company.
