I recently had multiple blackberry failures with problems ranging from distorted speaker audio to "initialization failures". I sent my first device in for repair and as they could not repair it, they replaced it. The history on this phone is unknown. Within 30 minutes of leaving the store the replacement lost network connectivity and would not function. The problem was intermittent as the store associate had it working for several minutes and would then fail. I returned later that evening to once again, get a temporary phone.
