Hello, I am a customer of Sun DTH (smart card#41233477524). Due to the satellite failure, many of the channels are blank. It was first reported on 31st July 2010. We were told it would take few days to get it resolved. After a month again we called up and we were told that the dish needs to be realigned and it will be done in a week by their technician. Another month passed and more channels went blank. On 2nd Nov 2010, we were told that our complaint has not been logged yet!!!.
