I have had my cell phone upgraded and have taken it in with a faulty alarm 6 times already and they keep returning it to me "repaired" just to find it's still faulty. I have requested a replacement unit and am still waiting. The last time I took it in on 29 Oct and am still waiting for it. I am fedup now and am sick and tired of been without my new unit.
