I pre ordered black ops ps3 on sun 7/11 it wasnt out until midnight the following night. it is now 15/11 and it still hasn't arrived but they made sure they have taken my money out of my account the same evening as ordering, they say it was posted on the 8/11 . I spoke to someone at customer service and they couldnt be bothered at all just said it was posted they took no responsability at all .
