The service was terrible on two levels. First they waited almost until the last minuit to confirm my move and then were unable to give me a date for delivey, until one day before it arrived. The informational black hole I was dealing with lasted for over two weeks, leaving in the dark as too how long it would be and how much. The did offer me an estamit when I first booked, but couldn't tell me the actual price for those two weeks and the more than doubled the cost after holding my possessions ransom.
