Dear Sir, I have purchased a Maruti Suzuki A-Star VXI model on 21st September 2010 from Your dealership in exchange of my old car Santro ZIP UP32- AJ2733. They have exchanged my car on Rs. 85, 000, at a time of purchase they committed that if i ( Dealership) will exchange my old car with new one then the company will gave exchange bonus of Rs. 15000 beside the value of old car but they have not given any this amount till now.
