I went into the Strubenvalley shop the first time at the end of May, George came to my house to quote on the 2 June, I went in afterwards to pick floors, which off course I had to do 3 times, because they never had stock of anything. It took him a week to get the quote ready, apparently because it was his off weekend or something. When he came to look at the house he saw that there was tiles as skirting, he said they will remove it before doing the tiles.
