I reported this complaint to the Better Business Bureau. The Ramada Plaza Resort reported back to the Better Business Bureau stating that a credit in the amount of $1, 576. had been issued to my credit card. The Credit card I used at the time is no longer available; I wrote and explained to the Ramada Plaza Resort, that Credit card is closed, I gave them my address and my new bank account, but to this date they have not issued me my refund.
