Those who represent Hoodaki at all levels are letting down the organisation - they are rude and show no sympathy or compassion and do not respond to customers ! Their website asks, quote "What makes us different? While we love technology, there's nothing quite like talking to a human being... we have real travel people on the end of the phone ready to help."
