I have witnessed the Manager/Mel (Mellissa) verbally threaten and insult staff members repeatadlly. I have witnessed this manager " Mel " lash out and insult her staff. As a daily customer of this store I need to bring to your attention the abuse of power I have witnessed. I have left complaints in the store comment box but have seen things escalate.
