I moved from Gauteng to the Eastern Cape, Port Elizabeth. I did not have the opportunity to view a premises for rent, I did ask an in-law to view the premises. She did and to her it seemed in order. On my arrival from Gaunteng to take possession of the the premises, I met with the rental agent van As, I pointed out the faults I had observed in the first 10-15 minutes of my arrival.
