This company has give us such a hard time with their service or lack thereof. They refused to deliver our Pods back to us and said they could not access the driveway. But, that's where they delivered it and picked it up from to take our furniture to their storage facility! They also will not give us a time that the Pods will be delivered - not even a three hour window!
