We bought new washer and dryer with the brick! When we pick-up and installed it it was loud and noisy so we called the brick and they sent a tech to look! The tech pummeled the side of the dryer and the loud noise was gone but the very new dryer was dented! We complained and they offered us $75 credit!we don't want the credit we want the new dryer because its just fair to get what we paid for! They said that is all they can do!
