I am a costumer of Jeff Sullivan and he has had horrible costumer service. He has forgotten about 4 of my past orders and now he "canceled" an order that was suppose to come on 11/12/10. I had already paid him my money, but when I found out that he canceled it without letting me know, I asked for my money back and he said taht he already gave it back to me. Which is not true AT ALL. I am very upset. I did let some of the messed up orders go before. but this is too much. Avon really needs to keep good track of how their representatives are doing this is not acceptable.
