It was really disapointing to find such poor customer service when dealing with such a valuable product. The representatives of this company are delightful and friendly when they sell you it in your home using their sales tactics and pressure selling but when you ring them to ask for a refund on a product which they assure you can do if it isn't working out for you be prepared to be in for a rude shock.
