This message is to relay my complete frustration and dissatisfaction with this company. In Sept. 2009 I purchased a steam mop from an infomercial under the assumption of “satisfaction guaranteed”, as advertised. When I phoned the company to return the product, which did NOT meet my satisfaction, the very well trained sales staff convinced me to keep the product by offering me a “refund cheque” for $29.99 (which happened to be the equivalent of 1 payment).
