I got housing Loan in HDFC Home loan division on 7.7.2008 at a interest rate of 10.25.Then it goes to 11.25 and now I am in a interest rate of 10.75.Whenevere there is a hike in interest percentage i will receive a letter from Bank stating the interest rate increment and the increased EMI amount due to RBI interest rate point increament.I saw advertisement of SBI about 8% interest rate for 2 years and I want to change my loan to SBI bank.One day I called to Loan dept. of HDFC home loan division of Pondicherry branch for my proposal of changing... read full review »
