Telus has overcharged me in three different occasions, and very large amounts .It took a half a day on each circumstance to rectivey the situation. My Phone's screen is presently not working I've asked them to send me a new one .They said I could buy a new one .This is a new phone .She claimed I misused it I told her I'm talking to her on it.She summed it up by saying I should find another service provider.After 10 years of paying Telus thousands of dollars.Never mind the agent being pushy and arrogent.I'm changing services as of now. read full review »
