Cartikahosting.com owes clients money for overbilling. From our own experience, Cartika hosting had continually tried to force us to upgrade our account by claiming we were abusing their TOS and saying we used too much bandwidth. There was no proof whatsoever of this claim and when we asked for proof, they said they would cancel our account if we didn't obey their rules.
