I am Navneet Thakur, Manager with Oriental Bank of Commerce. I recently flew with JET Airways and had a pathetic experience. I and my wife had booked tickets from Hyderabad to portblair on a leisure trip on 02.11.2010. I was to fly Flight No. 9W2747 on 04.11.2010 at 06.20 hrs from Hyderabad to Chennai. I checked in at 5:00 hrs in the morning to find that the flight was rescheduled to 8:00 hrs.
