With FNB's decision to now charge an exorbitant amount for paper statements I requested a switch to e-mail statements last month. I usually receive my paper statements around the 6th of the month but have had no e-mail statements as yet. I even checked my spam mail in case. My charges are also quite high this month. Please can someone check to see that I have not been charged for a paper statement and explain why I have not received my latest statement. read full review »
