My phone was stolen on the 4th Dec 2009.I called 084140 stopped my sim card and blacklisted my handset.I was told by the consultant that I will be receiving my ITC Ref with 48 hours so that I can continue by reporting the incident by the police station. On 2 Jan 2010 I still have received no reference.I called in and a consultant by the name of Lisa said she cannot pick up any info of me stopping my sim or blacklisting my handset.
