I decided in May 2010 to sign up for a 6 month subscription for eHarmony. The reason behind my decision was at the time they offered if you signed up for the 6 month plan and did not make a connection they would provide another 6 month membership at no charge I just had to make at least 1 contact a month which I did. My subscription ended with no connection so I contacted them to honor their deal. I was advised by customer service we do not make any guarantees on meeting someone and they have never offered this.
