My Nokia Phone dead when I update device software then I personalty Visit to Nokia Care Point and they're deny to repair my mobile because of my IMEI Number is not clear in back side of nokia phone(Print missing) I also agree to Provide my Voter ID Card and Nokia Original Bill but they're deny to repair my phone.
