I was trying to book a hotel in Chicago for 5 months away and I ended up getting Hotel.com. They wanted me to prepay, meaning they would put the charges thru, and if I wanted to cancel I could, up until the night before and they would refund my money, yea right. I do not know of a service that you pay for in advance. Please be careful of these scammers and according to the many reviews that are not up to par as priceline and orbitz. read full review »
