I fulfilled my purchase agreement on this account. I then requested three times through their website, and direct email, to cancel this. Three months ago, they told me they cancelled it, but now I am receiving cards in the mail again requesting me to return them or the featured title will automatically be sent to me. It is difficult to reach them by phone as well...wait time can be as long as ten minutes or more. DO NOT EVER SIGN UP FOR THIS!!!
