I bought and paid for some made to measure curtains - when I ordered online they asked for the measurement, which I gave, when my curtains arrived they were half the size I ordered as instead of a per curtain size they had used a total size. These are now the smallest and most expensive curtains I have ever bought! Cost over £180!!! I have tried on numerous occassions to contact Next but to no avail they have an answerphone message on permanently. I have lost my faith in this store I used to recommend them but this experience has left me reeling! read full review »
