I received a charge for a "free" 14 day trial offer in the amount of $87.13. Have been trying to cancel this product for the last two weeks only to find the number constantly busy, after hours and am unable to leave a message or on three separate occasions have been placed on hold for 45 minutes, 37 minutes and 52 minutes.
