Citifiancial is a predatory lender. They were fined in 2004 and the FTC is supposed to be watching them. CitiGroup uses the same dirty illegal tricks today. They start out with a small personal loan, come across like financial advisors. Then start flipping into another loan, because they won't let you pay it off early.
