My wife upgraded her contract over the phone which gave her a free phone to be delivered. After giving them the address on numerous times to the call centre, they keep on delivering it to the wrong address. This has been a month now and still no phone. I can't call them because they have to speak to the account holder but it seems like they will only listen to men who gets angry about something, WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. As i'm seeing it they are taking her monthly subscription without her consent and then still keeping the phone she is suppose to get. read full review »
