Yahoo refuses payment of $24.95 using American Express. 8 attempts of making payment, 8 approval codes issued by AMEX and 8 denials by Yahoo. Multiple emails and phone calls have resulted in a refusal by Yahoo to honor payment. Yahoo has retaliated by blocking access to all but 200 photos of the almost 6000 photos I have hosted on their site. This account is over two years old and I am being damaged by their lack of action. read full review »
