Dear Sir/Ma'm, I am a student and was returning home at 5:30 from my classes. Near Govind Palace (Hisar), a govt vehicle (jeep) with details HARYANA GOVERNMENT HR39A 3205 was standing idle. As soon as i was crossing it, the driver drove the car toward me hitting my scooty badly. Me and my scooty fell down and i got hurt in my palm, in pelvic bones. My scooty is very much crushed. The driver did not see me untill I cried fot not him to drive to me. All the government drivers drive the vehicle same rash way. Kindly look into the matter and do waht you can do. read full review »
