HSBC makes it nearly impossible to call and speak to a customer service operator. I finally managed to connect to a live person and when I told her how frustrating this is, she said the 'secret' is to push the hex key, then this key, then that key??? HSBC makes talking to their customer service operators a 'secret'? I am an international customer and after holding for five minutes to talk to a service operator today, I was given the option to 'leave a message'. When I went to leave my message, the system hung up on me. Come on HSBC...you may be trying to save money, but you are driving your customers nuts! read full review »
