A telemarketing agent from the company called me saying that they offered .4 cents per minute.Lucky Gill was his name.He also gave me his phone number which is not a working number anymore. So, I was told that I had 300 minutes free for the first three months and that there were no taxes or connection fee. I have not even used more than a 50 minutes in two months, but I have been billed twice.
