This Airlines should be ashamed of themselves! After being Robbed in Italy with my wife and 9 year old daughter, i called BA to tell them that we had been robbed and had to head back to Florence to get new passports. WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION THEY CANCELED OUT TICKETS, LEAVING US COMPLETELY STRANDED!
