KLM's service sucks!!! I am so emotionally toiled by the KLM customer service, perhaps someone in France. I asked the change in the flights. I asked the customer service to go ahead. She told me that she will call back with exact amount needed for the change. Noone called or emailed despite the promise. No I am told that it is a no show. I called them to complain and they told me that I am lying...it is my problem to call back evenif the agent told me to contact me by email or call.
