I am a prepaid customer of airtel mobile services. I use their caller song services and they charge Rs 30/- every month. As usual few days back I got a message from their customer service that they are going to deduct monthly charges for the caller song services. The next day I noticed a sudden change in my balance. The balance was less by 30 rupees. Usually they inform(sms) their customer about the deduction and they ought to do it.
