I am having consumer number 20534 with Prasanna Gas Agency, Padi, Chennai (Phone No.26253252). I booked for a Gas Cylinder on 16.11.2010. The Prasanna Gas Agency told me your cylinder has been delivered on 02.12.20120 (17 Days after booking the cylinder). But the same has not been delivered till date (16.12.2010) by Delivery Boy. I have to borrow cylinder by neighbour for use due to such delay. They also harrase me again and again. They do not respond postively. read full review »
