I attempted to book a flight from Johannesburg South Africa to London ( for my son who needed to urgently return to UK). edreams offered a number of choices the best being 16/12/2010 ETIHAD AIRLINES 1355 to LONDON via Abu Dabi £387. I accepted the offer and entered the Visa electron debit card detail. Immediately I received an email advising a booking reference 5QS4WZ BUT that there was a problem with my card and that they would advise what to do in order to effect payment and secure a ticket.
