One month back I have found that am opted for two optional packages in my Tata Sky Account. I have asked the customer care executive to drop these two packages and he replied positively. But I found it very annoying to see these packages still on TV and I checked my account status again. Both the packages are not dropped and they are still charging for those. I have checked their website for half an hour to find an option to send a complaint to them.
