It's the most pathetic service they have. No internet service, no 111 service, they always have a problem. Then they turn to you with an attitude that the fault is on your side. When will they ever lift their buds of the chairs and fix their stuff? I think the best way to wake you up is to copy all these complaints and spread them into the media.
