Dear sir/madam, The virtual racing system currently takes bets even if race is off. The punter does not know this if the bet is valid or not. If the bet loses the bet is discarded and the punter is none the wiser. he punter loses the money which ends with Ladbrokes or the employes at the shop. If however it wins and you attempt to collect the winnings you are told that is late bet and you get your money back.
