In Dec 10, I clicked on their website and there was a free sample offered and only postage to be paid of £9, which I gave my credit card details and the deducted £96...I informed my bank, only to have another £96 deducted by them on the 10 January which has once again made me go over my limit and incur a £12.99 bank charge- please can you help or advise. I have asked my bank to cancel my card and re-issue even if it means to change my account number - I don't care what they do - I just don't have the money for this, and some creep is just getting rich and sending us nothing for the money!!!
