I cancelled my contract on 4th aug, my airtime was uploaded on the 15th as usual and money taken from my acc at the end of month.The end of sept another payment was taken from my acc but I wasn't given any airtime.I have spent hours on the phone and in their shops, I've sent numerous emails to no avail, yes they have admitted they should have either given me my airtime in sept or not taken a payment, but, still refuse to do anything about it.This as far as I'm concerned is theft pure and simple, I wouldn't think I'm... read full review »
