So, I had a plan with FIDO on a 2 year term. During this 2 years my bill was constantly increasing, many of the items I was billed for I had to phone and dispute with success. It was annoying but this time with my change in plan..FIDO has really stepped over the line. The new plan that I agreed to over the phone, I asked that the operator make note of all of the terms.previous experience taught me this.
